By accessing or using the Nasseeb app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Description

Nasseeb is a platform designed to connect practicing Muslims for the purpose of matrimony. We provide matchmaking platform using our proprietary algorithm. However, Nasseeb does not guarantee that users will find their life partner on the platform. We aim to provide a platform for practicing Muslims to find one-another, but the success of any match or relationship is solely the responsibility of the users involved.

Eligibility

To use Nasseeb, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be legally free to marry

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

- Harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm another user.

- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

- Post any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nasseeb is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither do we adopt nor endorse, nor are we responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than Nasseeb.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nasseeb, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
